How are you? How was your Diwali this year? I am a die hard Diwali lover. I love the lights, the diyas and especially rangoli. There is happiness all around as everyone becomes a kid around the festive season. People forget their feuds and become friends again. Above all, there is positivity everywhere, which matters the most. Anyway, I am back with another review. This time, I am reviewing a nail paint. I love brands that offer a variety of colors and textures in terms of both eyeliners and nail paints. I love OPI mostly because it offers a gazillion varieties of shades and textures. Also, the brand is pretty affordable (of course, country conditions applied :D). This shade I chose for myself is called Me, Myselfie and I and it belongs to their California Dreaming collection.

My Experience with OPI Nail Lacquer Me, Myselfie and I:
Packaging:
The packaging of this nail paint is pretty basic. It has a sturdy (and really pretty) glass bottle with OPI printed on it. It has a black textured slender lid with equally slender brush applicator attached to it. I like how OPI embosses its brand name on top of the lid.
Before I move on to describing the texture and color, let me tell you that this color is apart of their California Dreaming collection. Guessing from the palette selection, it is safe to say that it is their summer collection.
Since the collection is inspired by summer sunset and sunrise over the coastline of northern California to California, there are magentas, reds, blush, peaches, corals, and oranges shades.
All colors in the palette belong to the permanent range, so that is a good news for coral lovers out there. This beautiful coral shade is apparently inspired by the City of Angeles a.k.a. Los Angeles.
Texture:
The texture is slightly towards the runny side but is really smooth upon application. No streaks, whatsoever. It gives a semi-transparent finish in a single coat and goes on perfectly opaque in two coats. It has a crème finish which is perfectly visible after two coats.
My only issue is its runny consistency. The nail paint tends to feather around the cuticles, which adds up another hassle of cleaning. I love the texture and finish of this nail polish but do not like its consistency much.
Color:
Me, Myselfie and I is a pretty coral shade with subtle yellow undertones. It does not have any shimmer. It requires at least two coats to give out the true color and crème finish. I think it is a universally flattering shade, especially for the summers.
Longevity:
It stays on my nails for a good 5-6 days without chipping. I have seen how cheap nail polishes can ruin the health of the nails but this nail lacquer’s quality does not affect the health of the nails.

Summary:
This is a pretty, coral shade for summer and it flatters all skin tones. 800 rupees is a crazy amount of money for just 15 ml of nail paint, especially when it costs approx 200 bucks in the US.
