Hi! Today I have a bold nail polish color to show you. I usually stay away from yellows because of my skin tone but I just couldn't resist trying this one on. I was also a bit curious about how this new cheap brand would fair.
Mango Sherbet is a bright yellow nail polish that is definitely made for the summer season. Now, it may look okay in my swatches but I actually had some problems with application. Mango Sherbet isn't really that opaque so I had to apply at least five (yup, FIVE) thin coats. It glided on smoothly, yes, but it was also streaky as hell, thus the five (FIVE!!) thin coats.

lol. Sorry, I'm still feeling a little bummed that Mango Sherbet didn't work out. I personally like its name and I just want it to live up to it. Hihi. Thankfully, I didn't encounter bubbles after applying a top coat and then waiting a looooong time for it to dry. But I still removed it the next day because my fingers felt heavy. lol. (paranoid much?) I mean, my nails look really thick. Haha. Anyway, thanks for dropping by! As some of you noticed, I now have a coupon (see right side bar).
