Sakura Wars for PS4 – Moga & Mobo can save all! Posted: 27 Apr 2020 09:43 PM PDT Sakura WarsPlayStation®4 Ι Genre: Taishō Chic AdventureArt Deco with a new idea of modernism; these couple of concepts summarize perfectly the aesthetic of the Taishō era. Began in 1912, this period lasted only 14 years, consolidated the international image of Japan as a modern country able to relate with the most powerful countries of the world. Winds of ChangeCriticized by older generations, and by some conservative press as frivolous, and self-centered; its due to this cultural movement that phenomenon like Takarazuka theater was born (and resist still today). Speaking about moga in particular; their manifesto is without any doubt the novel Naomi, wrote in 1924 by Jun’ichirō Tanizaki, and originally serialized on the Osaka’s Morning News before, and on the women's magazine Josei after. Built by five episodes; the first adventure appeared in 1996 for Sega Saturn only in Japan. But, despite the language barrier, it has conquered the hearts of a lot of gamers worldwide. Praised for its character design, compelling story, and high replay value; Famitsu wrote that this game was "wholeheartedly recommended", and during its release date it was sold out in many stores across the country. It’s Taishō showtime!Set in the fictional 29th year of Taishō Era (1940); this sixth installment takes place twelve years before the events occurred in Sakura Wars V: So Long, My Love. A global-scale war has destroyed Tokyo, Paris, and New York; this means that almost all the members of the Combat Revues of those cities tragically disappeared. So, the few survivors join their forces to create a brand new Imperial Combat Revue’s Flower Division which is based in Tokyo. Lead by Seijuro Kamiyama, the Imperial Japanese Navy captain; this team is formed by: Together this band of heroes will fight against a new demonic invasion; while they will try to win the prestigious The Great Combat Revue World War competition. Proudly enriched by steampunk elements, mechs, wonderful translations in several languages, and a multi-branched story full of twists and turns; Sakura Wars for PS4 is a charming and highly refined adventure that will let unleash your heroic spirit.
